What we can do
Broken strings
A snapped or fraying string replaced and tuned, with the right gauge for the player.
Bridge, pegs or soundpost
A slipped bridge, sticky pegs or a fallen soundpost refitted so the instrument plays again.
Open seams and cracks
Seams reglued and cracks closed before they spread.
Bow problems
A bow that won't tighten, a loose tip or worn winding looked at and made playable.
Emergency rental
If yours can't be played in time, rent a properly set-up violin or viola for the concert — correctly sized, ready to play.

Studio and shop visits are by appointment — even in an emergency, call or text first so we can have the bench and a spare instrument ready when you arrive.
