The Science of Flow in Daily Practise
By Dominik Przywara

Flow is not luck — it is a trainable state. In the Intelligent Practising Method we build small, repeatable rituals that lower the cost of starting and raise the reward of staying. The result is practice that feels lighter and produces faster progress.
Begin with a single intention for the session. Choose one bar, one transition, one bow stroke. Set a timer for twelve minutes. When the timer ends, write one sentence about what you learned. Over weeks, these sentences become a private map of your playing.
